• October 2024 - Defended my PhD dissertation successfully at Iowa State University!
• September 2024 - Going to serve as a junior program committee member for the Mining Software Repositories 2025.
• September 2024 - Started working as a applied scientist intern at SoilSerdem.
• September 2024 - Going to serve as a program committee member for the ICSE 2025 artifact track.
• May 2024 - Passed PhD Preliminary exam. Officially a PhD candidate now!
• May 2024 - Earned a second Master’s in Computer Science, focusing on deep learning model evolution in my thesis!
• May 2024 - Our position paper, Engineering Deep Learning Models Through Decomposition, Modularization, and Interface Specifications, was accepted for discussion at the SE 2030 workshop collocated with FSE 2024.
• April 2024 - Have been granted cloud credits under NSF ACCESS as Co-PI for conducting research on LLMs.
• December 2023 - Our paper, Are Prompt Engineering and TODO Comments Friends or Foes? An Evaluation on GitHub Copilot, was accepted for publication in the proceedings of 46’th International Conference on Software Engineering, ICSE 2024.
